The LGBTQ+ History & Archives of the Desert is a community-based archive that documents, collects, preserves, and makes accessible the history of LGBTQ individuals, businesses, organizations, and events centered in Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley.
Ongoing support is needed for our organization to sustain our mission and vision. The Lavender Palms Club is composed of community members who firmly believe in our mission by making a yearly minimum donation of $300. By becoming a Lavender Palms Club donor, you help us in preserving, collecting, archiving and sharing the rich LGBTQ+ history of the Coachella Valley. Through special events, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of our inner workings and be among the first to know our upcoming plans.
Benefactor: $1,200 Annually ($100/Monthly)
Benefits Include recognition on website donor page, invitation to Annual Lavender Palms Donor Reception, invitation to special events, and listed as a sponsor at Annual Exhibition.
Supporter: $600 Annually ($50/Monthly)
Benefits Include recognition on website donor page, invitation to Annual Lavender Palms Donor Reception, and invitation to special events.
Friend: $300 Annually ($25/Monthly)

Additional Opportunities to Give:
- Employee Matching Gift – Many employers will match donations made by their employees. Please check with your employer to see if your gift is eligible for a matching contribution.
- Tribute Donation – Give a gift in honor of an accomplishment or milestone or in memory of someone that has passed. Email us with the name of your designated donation, the amount, and then provide an address where the acknowledgement should be sent. We will follow-up with a link to pay and further details.
